I always love pinoy cooking recipes it's my way of feeling closer home away from home. Not wanting to forget panlasang pinoy even living now in Canada. This filipino food will forever stays in our home.
Today I am craving for Lechon Belly, so I tried to cook and would like to share it with you.

1 pork Belly Slab
1 1/2 Garlic buo
1 Red Onion
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
8 pcs Lemon Grass Stalk
8 pcs Green Onions
Bay Leaves
Salt and Pepper to taste
