Here are my colonoscopy results showing significant improvements of UC. In this video and previous videos, I have described my health progress using various terms. I now focus very intently on trying to use the most accurate terms possible to characterize my long-term state of health. Since experiencing these improvements, I've been able to consume a full range of foods without bleeding, mucus, urgency, or diarrhea; to have well-formed solid bowel movements; and to be on no medication. Watch as I show and explain the nutritional concepts and principles that I used to achieve and maintain these gut health improvements.
