It will explain the nutrient cycle, and why in most cases, the food that is commercially grown is missing VITAL life giving nutrients that WE NEED to stay healthy, happy and wise.

Remembering that we “are what we eat” as my Permaculture teacher Geoff Lawton often says, this video may help YOU understand where you belong in that cycle of life, and how to use it to your advantage.

It will explain why you need to be aware of what you eat.
