Fix your ankle with Ankle Dorsiflexion Exercises that can strengthen the intrinsic muscles of the ankle & foot that aid in dorsiflexion, plantarflexion, internal and external rotation.

The ability to move your knee over your ankle is crucial to general movement of the body, the inability to control and move the knee over the ankle can effect walking, running, squats and more.

This movement is called ankle dorsiflexion, should you be suffering from a problematic ankle injury that has restricted the movement and control of your ankle, then dorsiflexion could be limited by around 20%.

Using my go to ankle movements, rehabilitation techniques and Ankle Dorsiflexion Exercises can ensure your ankle rehabilitation improves rapidly and consistently in the comfort of your own home.

Using the techniques in this video will reduce pain, dysfunction and problems while increasing mobility, strength and control in your ankle joint.
