Every beginning of the year we all sit down and write our new years resolutions. Many of us make vision boards and place them somewhere we can see them everyday to remind ourselves of what we want to accomplish in the new year. But for me there's one thing that I don't agree with when it comes to vision boards. We seem to place 20-30 different things we want to accomplish instead of giving our energy and focus to the top 2-3 things you would like to accomplish by years end.

In today's video we we will talk about goal setting and how to set the right goals for success in this coming year, as well as talk about setting the right goals in order to actually achieve them.
