I've been getting a lot of messages lately from you guys about cooking video!

So here's my mom's secret recipe to the legendary malaysian food, kuey teow seafood!

Without further ado, let's get into it and start cooking! ❤️

Kuey Teow Seafood Legend Ingredients;

- 2 packets of kuey teow
- Prawns
- Clams
- Bean sprouts
- Chives leaf
- 5 eggs
- Fish cakes & fish balls
- Garlic paste
- Salt
- Chilli paste
- Caramel sauce (thick)
- Soy sauce (thin)
- Oyster sauce

How to cook;

1. Heat up oil in the pan
2. Put in garlic paste once the oil is heated
3. Insert prawn and cook until it's golden
4. Add 4 tablespoon of chilli paste and mix it well
5. Add 1 tablespoon of salt
6. Insert the fish cakes & fish balls and stir it together
7. Lastly put in the clams and let it cook for awhile
8. While we wait for the chilli to break into the oil, mix 2 packets of kuey teow with bean sprouts and chives leaf
9. Pour the mixed kuey teow into the pan and mix them well
10. Add in 2 tablespoon of caramel sauce
11. Add in oyster sauce and stir the kuey teow
12. Pour a bit of oil in the middle of the pan and cook 2-5 eggs (up to you)
13. Lastly add in the soy sauce for more flavor
