First ever radio appearance. On AM680 Toronto interview about the Free Dundas Square R.E.M. Concert the morning 2001-05-17 - Might have been the happiest day of my life.

The concert is amazing. It ran on Much Music in Canada but, I may have the only complete tape of the show including the non-broadcast portions.

The DVD was broken for years and this is the very first time I've seen the footage since 2001. Such a wonderful and special day. We drove up from Delaware and spent the night in a parking garage waiting for the show to start. Such troopers. It rained like crazy during the show and we go close enough that you can see us on the Much Music footage.

Amazing set from my favorite period of the band. We were in great company with all the other R.E.M. enthusiasts in Toronto.
