Materials
1 glass of water (200ml)
1 glass of milk (200ml)
1 pack of yeast (10gr)
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tea glass of oil (125ml)
1 teaspoon salt
6 cups of flour (the amount may vary depending on the quality of the flour)

125gr butter

Cheddar cheese

For the above
1 egg yolk
