If you are a student ... of life ... you will see everything better; It was that person who said that and I reacted, or I received this email and things did not go the way I wanted, I felt angry, frustrated or fearful.

The next time it happens… How to learn from that experience? Now… you may have to look for answers to build the best model for you or you may contemplate it a lot and start moving forward the next time that happens; I think I will do this, that or plan my behavior.

And the act of closing your eyes ... and rehearsing what you will do ... will begin to install the neurological hardware in your brain to pretend that you already did it. The brain is no longer a record of the past, it is now a map to the future. And if you keep installing that hardware, it will become a software program, and you will start acting like someone happy, why isn't there magic in that, you installed circuits. So ... that's more important ... than the news, right ?, than answering any email or message, more important than talking about your past or a dinner, if you start to ... think how to do it differently.

That is the process of neurological construction, you have to be conscious to do it, because it takes time. Turn off your phone, close the door, take a break from everything outside, and start practicing.
