Happy International Day of the Seal! To "seal-ebrate," check out a training session with Ariel the harbor seal and Zookeeper Micaela.

Our zookeepers work with our animals to teach them important behaviors and life skills so we can better care for them, such as looking at Ariel's teeth and having Ariel turn over so zookeepers can check her body. These behaviors are extremely helpful for health check-ups.
