In this hands-on lab from our AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional certification training course, you'll learn how to deploy an Amazon EKS cluster, deploy a sample application, and scale the cluster using the Kubernetes Horizontal Pod Autoscaler (HPA).

The Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS) is a managed Kubernetes service to run Kubernetes in the AWS cloud and on-premises data centers.

You can follow along and build an Amazon EKS cluster in your account. You'll work with the AWS Command Line Interface (AWS CLI), kubectl, and eksctl to deploy, configure, and then scale your Amazon EKS cluster.
