~20pcs Beef Slice (11.000)

~75gr tepung terigu (900)
1/4 sst kaldu sapi bubuk
120-130ml air

~150gr tepung panir (3000)

~165gr kentang (2805)
1/4 sdt garam
1/4 sdt lada bubuk
1 sdm tepung maizena

~100gr daun selada (2000)

~50gr saus cabai (700)
~30gr mayonaise (900)

~20pcs mika ukuran 10x7cm (3600)

~Minyak+gas+dll (5000)

Modal -+ Rp 29.905 jadi 20 porsi.
Modal per porsi= 29.905 : 20 = 1495

Jika jual 2000, omset= 2000x20 = 40.000
Untung= omset - modal
= 40.000 - 29.905
= 10.095

Jika jual 2500, omset= 2500x20 = 50.000
Untung= omset - modal
= 50.000 - 29.905
= 20.095

Atau jual sesuaikan dengan modal di daerah masing-masing.
