This is the 11th and final race for this series. Salisbury Park is a fast and very fun trail and a good way to finish this series off. I finished in 1st place despite my legs still feeling the burn from the race at Harris Lake the day before. Harris is a root filled grind so racing the smoother , more flowey course at Salisbury was very welcome and probably helped me do as well as I did. Anyways a good finish for the season. Team CUTTERS as a whole won the series ending the dominating reign of Clemmons Racing . The CUTTERS Youth racers played a big role in this victory as well as all the adults. Team CUTTERS did very well this season because of great leadership by Aaron Ackley , having racers in many categories for each race and better overall participation by the team members. This gave CUTTERS a good chance each race to achieve the maximum 100 points for each race. So it truly was a team effort and I'm very honored to have played my part in the team victory. Thanks to all who watched and commented on my videos. I recorded my races to help tell my story of a mid 50's casual mountain biker who found himself being part of a race team .
