Ingredients for the chocolate cake (37x25 cm)
4 medium-sized eggs
a pinch of salt
16 g vanilla sugar
180 g of sugar
100 ml of milk (room temperature)
100 g of odorless vegetable oil
220 g flour
40 g of cocoa
10 g baking powder
Chocolate cake is baked for about 25 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius (340°F) upper-lower heat without convection on medium rail until it is ready and checked with a wooden stick to keep it dry and clean

Ingredients for the cream:
200 ml cold whipped cream (min. 30% Fat)
50 g of powdered sugar
8 g vanilla sugar
250 g cold mascarpone

Ingredients for the filling:
300 g caramelized sweetened condensed milk (also called carnation, dulce de leche) or another caramel sauce
