Proso (that is common) millet is an annual, short-season, drought-tolerant, multi-headed, small-seeded, gluten-free cereal grain. Although common millet has been cultivated since ancient times in arid and semi-arid regions around the world, it is difficult to determine when to harvest. This video answers some of those questions.
