Rizal Park, also known as Luneta Park or simply Luneta, is a historical urban park located along Roxas Boulevard on Manila.

The Rizal Monument holds significant national heritage for Filipinos, commemorating the heroic acts of Jose Rizal for his country. A near-exact replica of the Rizal Monument can be found in Madrid, Spain at the junction of Avenida de Las Islas Filipinas and Calle Santander.

During the American period, a monument of Dr. Jose Rizal was built. In 1913, Luneta Park was changed to “Rizal Park”. The park remains a flagship of freedom and courage as numerous political rallies, oath takings, and national events are held within the park.

Designed by Swiss sculptor Richard Kissling and unveiled in 1913.
