Ah, the MRI Lumbar Spine or as I like to call the "bread and butter" of a day in the life of an MRI Technologist. The lumbar spine is an important exam as it assess the intervertebral discs in the lower region of the body and provides a structural assessment of joint quality on the lateral, superior and inferior aspects.
