In “Rise of the Tomb Raider,” Lara Croft encounters the Remnants, a group of people living in the Geothermal Valley. The Remnants are descendants of the Prophet’s followers and are led by Jacob. They are in constant conflict with the organization known as Trinity, which seeks the Divine Source for its own purposes.
