Join me on Day 88 of my "100 Days to a Better Me" challenge! I started the day with meditation and a refreshing workout, powered by beetroot and carrot juice. For breakfast, I had green gram beans, pancakes, dragon fruit, and a glass of iced black coffee—so good! I also read “Vigyan Bhairav Tantra," a book I highly recommend. The weather has been unbearably hot, so I skipped lunch and snacked on popcorn while watching Netflix. Before that, I spent some quality time with my dog, Grace. Later, I went grocery shopping with my brother and made a simple dinner of capsicum, mushrooms, tofu, and one roti. I wrapped up the day with a calming cup of chamomile tea.
