Christmas pudding and Christmas parcel mini cake video tutorial
You can make these mini cakes using any sponge cake and filling
Materials and equipment:
Sponge cake either as a sheet cake or cupcakes
Round cutter
Buttercream filling
White chocolate ganache
Ready-to-roll fondant in dark brown, white and green (I recommend using a pre-coloured fondant, especially for the dark brown colour)
Vegetable shortening
50/50 fondant/sugar paste in red, green and white
Rolling pin and mat
Small round cake boards
Knife, pizza cutter, small wheel tool, small brush, holly leaf cutter, sugar craft extruder
Bit of kitchen paper
Water
