Dry red chillies - 3 - 4 nos
Curry Leaves
ginger - 11/2 tbs
Garlic - 11/2 tbs
green chillies - 2 - 4 nos
Big onion - 1 nos ( half Sliced )
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 - 11/2 tsp
TOMATO - 6 nos ( Medium )
Water - 1/2 Cup
Salt - ( according to taste )
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
White Rice - 10 Cups
