Fengyuan Road:
The predecessor of Fengyuan Road was Fengyuan East Street in Fengyuan District, which was built during the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty. In 1932, Fengyuan East Street was expanded to Fengyuan Road, and there was Fengyuan Bridge nearby.


The Guangzhou Third Workers' Cultural Palace：
Is one of the cultural palaces directly affiliated with the Guangzhou General Trade Union, located at No. 155 Fengyuan Road, Guangzhou. It originated as the West District Cultural Park, which was built on an 18-acre lotus pond during the early period after liberation.

Workers' Cultural Palaces:
Following the liberation, the Imperial Ancestral Temple from the Ming and Qing dynasties was managed by the Beijing General Trade Union and became a leisure venue for the people.
On May 1, 1950, the Chairman personally inscribed it with the name "Beijing Workers' Cultural Palace".
Since then, a construction boom of workers' cultural palaces spread throughout the nation.
At that time, cultural palaces were mostly located in the most bustling areas of each city.
The period from the 1980s to the early 1990s was the most popular era for workers' cultural palaces.
The cultural palace featured a cinema, dance hall, skating rink, table tennis room, basketball court, and regularly held various activities such as chess, performances, calligraphy, stamp collecting, etc.
Starting in the mid-1990s, under the impact of the market economy, workers' cultural palaces across the country began to decline.

逢源路：
逢源路的前身是清朝康熙年間建成的逢源區的逢源東街。 同治以及光緒年間，隨著西關地區紡織業與商業的進一步發展，多寶住宅區與逢源住宅區開始成形，逢源東街、逢源西街、逢源正西街等街道開始興旺。 逢源住宅區近泮塘禾田菜地，園地頗多。 逢源東街是逢源區的東界。 1932年，逢源東街擴建為逢源路，附近有逢源橋。 全長660米，寬17.5米，瀝青路面 。

廣州市第三工人文化宮：
廣州市總工會直屬的文化宮之一，位於廣州市逢源路155號。
前身是解放初期，建於十八畝蓮藕塘上的西區文化公園。

工人文化宮：
解放後，明清太廟由北京市總工會管理，成為人民的休閒場所。
1950年5月1日，主席親自題名，其為“北京市勞動人民文化宮”。
此後，全國各地掀起了工人文化宮建設的熱潮。
當時的文化宮，大多建在各城市最繁華的地方。
80年代到90年代初是工人文化宮最受歡迎的時期。
文化宮設有電影院、舞廳、溜冰場、乒乓球室、籃球場，此外還經常舉辦棋牌、公演、書法、集郵等各種活動。
90年代中期開始，在市場經濟浪潮的衝擊下，全國工人文化宮開始衰落。
