Ingredients:
1. Paneer : 300 gm
2. Edible oil : 3 tbsp
3. Salt : Little amount
Fry the paneer.
3. Water : 1 and 1/2 cup
4. Salt : 1 tbsp
Add the paneer in the hot water.
5. Ginger : 1/2 inch
6. Green chilli: 3 nos
7. Cashew : 1/4 tbsp
8. Kasuri methi : 1 and 1/2 tsp
9. Shahi jeera : 1 tsp
10. Shahi garam masala : 1/2 tsp
11. Tomato : 1 nos
Make paste.
12. Salt : As per taste
13. Kashmiri red chili powder : Little bit
14. Powdered sugar : As per taste
15. Coriander leaves : Few
16. Butter : 1 cube
Charcoal, cloves and ghee in a small bowl to add a smokey flavor. Gas flame should be off.
