You've been requesting it, so here is a detailed review of the best and healthiest jams and jellies from the grocery store. The bad news is that most of them are to be avoided bc they are loaded with added sugar..and other nasties. But there are a few gems out there that not only are organic, but use fruit juice to sweeten the jam or jelly, and not too much of it.
