THIS IS THE LIST OF MY OWN RECIPE INGREDIENTS.


-500 grams beef cube-boiled the meat in 3 hours
to make tenderize every hours just add the water adjust when the soup rises.
-1 ½ liter  water for saved to cooked for everything.
-2 medium white onion - quartered.
-1 medium violet onion -sliced in to circle thin.
-3 pieces corn-cut into 5 pcs (optional).
-4 big  potato - peeled and cut into 4-6 pieces cube.
-6 pieces saba banana -1 cut on the center 1pc banana.
-1 pcs Cabbage - cut into 4
-2 pieces long green chili.
-17 pieces green beans - ends cut.
-1 tsp whole black pepper.
-2 knorr cube beef.
-2 tsp salt -add as needed.
-5 tablespoon fish sauces.

Dip sauce by side to taste.
-2 Tbps fish sauce
-1 pcs red chili
-half squeeze lemon.

Nilagang Baka is a Filipino beef soup
cooked until the meat becomes really tender and with vegetables like potatoes, beans, and cabbage that makes this simple soup healthy and flavorful.
This dish is one of that "ordinary day" dish that is served at a Filipino table on a regular basis. It is normally eaten with rice, of course, and I usually make a dip from fish sauce and lemon with red chili.It is perfect for the rainy days but is usually eaten all year round and even in the heat of the summer. It may sound weird to some, I know, but not to us Filipinos. It is actually kind of refreshing after eating a hot soup in the middle of a hot day. You just got to try it to believe it.
