I just discovered DUB Wheel Cleaner by Meguair's. I've been using it on my Corvette Grand Sport to help deal with some of the brake dust issues on the front wheels. I've been pleased with the results.

I know most Corvette owners don't remove their wheels and use a power washer to clean them (as I do in this video), but I've also used DUB Wheel Cleaner with great results on my daily driver wheels while mounted on the car as well.
