With the summer travel season ramping up, it's time to check out United Airlines' Economy Class on an overnight transatlantic flight from Newark to Dublin.
Join me onboard the Boeing 767-400ER, the longer variant of the 767 family and 1 of 16 in United's fleet. These aircraft are slowly nearing their retirement, with a current projected exit of service in 2030, but with a retrofit program underway they are still flying with relatively modern cabins. Even for our aircraft tonight, which hasn't undergone the upgrades yet, the Economy cabin feels very new.
This Newark to Dublin flight provides a convenient link to Ireland's capital - so how does it stand up to some of the competition? Let's find out!
