Not a fan of Lil' Wayne- only uploaded this because I felt that Static Major is criminally underrated and talented that he should get the respect and appreciation that he deserves because of his contribution to music from Aaliyah, Jodeci, Ginuwine, Missy Elliott, Timbaland- and thanks to him, Lil' Wayne was able to crossover to the mainstream with the song, Lollipop. That's just my humble opinion... RIP Stephen Garrett aka Static Major.
