Hiking to the Portland Witch's House (Witch Castle) | Trying the Best Poutine in Portland

So it was rainy, wet, and muddy - good ol' PNW spring. We hiked down to the Witch's House / Witch's Castle in Portland. The trail was super pretty and totally worth going to if you're in the area.

Later we drove down through the Kings Heights neighborhood of Portland, OR by accident and took in the beautiful views of the city and Mt. Hood in between houses on our way down to get some Poutine. Based off some google searches we found something called Potato Champion who claim to have some of the best Poutine in Portland. It was okay, we've definitely had better in B.C. - but that's to be expected.

After our Poutine we were still snacky and didn't keep to our word of getting salad. I really wanted one of my beloved Sweet Cream Shakes from Burgerville... and so naturally we had to get fries, spread, and Trav wanted a burger too.

Of course we end out the video with some footage of our beautiful, perfect son being a dork.
