This tutorial is about how to create a Gantt chart in Spotfire. You can use Spotfire Mods for the creation of such a chart and there is a nice video from Tibco about that. However, maybe you do not have version 11 yet or you simply do not want to go this way, then it is possible to create a Gantt chart from a scatter plot.
