if you want to bypass your bootloader on Xiaomi's hyper os china or global you can do it this way.
Steps:
1. add the mi account on your phone (new or old doesn't matter ,you can create new id also just you need the phone number which is associated on the mi account)
2. tap 10 times on the built number (miui) or os version to get developer options
3. turn on the ub debugging
4. unzip the php file ( https://drive.google.com/file/d/1N-qJ...)
5. download and update the settings app and Xiaomi community app on the phone .

6. open the php folder and open bypass.cmd
7. connect the phone ( it will show you that you can now bind the account or add account)
8 . turn off the wifi and add the mi account from your phone .
Now you can see something on the green .
9. now put the phone on fastboot mode
10. Go to mi unlock tool and try to unlock
There you can unlock immediately or it will show you some time like 168 hrs.

you need to download platform tools /adb on pc,
drivers for the Xiaomi, Xiaomi unlock tool)
1. don't add your mi account again on the same device or other fevice
2. use the same sim card
3. don't change any settings of developer options.
