ANDHRA STYLE TIFFINS ALLAM PACHADI FOR IDLI AND DOSA!!!
Hello Foodies!!!
Today i am sharing with you Andhra Street food Style Allam Pachadi( Ginger Chutney).
This simple Allam Chutney can preserve for 1 month in the fridge. Just dilute the Chutney according to your consistency. Tada you are good to go with any breakfast.
This spicy chutney pairs very well with Pesarattu, Oothappam, Idli and Bondas!!!
Ingredients:
Oil - 1/4 cup
1 tbsp Chana dal
1 tbsp Urad dal
1 tbsp Coriander
50 gms Ginger
50 gms Dry Chilies
50 gms Tamarind
100 gms Jaggery
1.5 tbsp Salt
1/2 cup Hot Water
1/2 tbsp Cumin
12-15 Garlic pods
For Tadka
3 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustrad
2 sprigs Curry Leaves
1/2 tsp Cumin
2 pinches Hing
Instructions:
— Kindly adjust the salt tamarind jaggery according to the spice. The adjustment depends on the spice level.
— Can refrigerate for 1 month. Just take out the required amount of chutney and dilute accordingly.
