ගෙදරදීම ඉතාම පහසුවෙන් ස්ප්‍රින් රොල් ෂිට් හදන හැටි අද මම ඔයාලට කියලා දෙනවා. එ වගේම එ හදාගත්ත ශීට් වලින් උත්සව අවස්ථාවකට හෝ හවස තේ වෙලාවට ගැලපෙන චිකන් ස්ප්‍රින් රොල් හදලා රස බලන්න පුලුවන්.

½ an Onion Sliced
Chopped Garlic cloves – 3
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Chili Powder – ¼ tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Oil for frying


පාන් පිටි – 400g (3 cups)
වතුර – 250ml
ලුනු – ½ tsp

පිරවුම සදහා
තම්බාගත් කුකුල් මස් – 150g
පොඩියට කපාගත් ගෝවා – 50g
පොඩියට කපාගත් කැරට් – 60g
පොඩියට කපාගත් බීළුණු ගෙඩි – ½
පොඩියට කපාගත් සුදුළුණු බික් – 3
ගම්මිරිස් කුඩු – 1 tsp
කහ කුඩු – ¼ tsp
මිරිස් කුඩු – ¼ tsp
ලුනු – ¼ tsp
