Your core workout today is in a pyramid style structure and has 12 core focused exercises using bodyweight alone...
Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds and we start with Ex 1 - 30 seconds of work - 15 of rest. Then Ex 1 for 30 seconds plus Ex 2 for 30 seconds - 15 of rest and so on all the way until we have a stack of 6 exercises 💥
