This is one of the very first videos I created, and as you can see I'm a little more tense than in my current videos, but the content is still relevant today.

When they ask if you work well under pressure, saying no to this question may be an honest answer, but it is also a negative one. You need to show them you can handle stress and pressure. If you are a doctor, lawyer or in another demanding profession, answering no to this question will surely disqualify you for the position.

The interviewer will probably ask for an example, so be prepared with a situation or academic scenario from a previous job. It doesn't even have to be from your most recent job, just a good example that demonstrates your ability to have a cool head when things are heating up.

Best answer to stress related interview questions:

1. "I enjoy working under pressure. Actually, I prefer it that way. To me it means that my time is utilized in a more productive manner and that I realize a greater sense of accomplishment at the end of the day."
