This destination showcase, will outline all the key info you need to visit Jane Goodall's chimp research centre.

Nestled on the banks of the world's second largest fresh water lake, is Gombe National Park, home to the most famous chimpanzees in the world.

In the 1960's, Jane Goodall established a chimp research at Gombe and it is the research from this study that has helped us better understand these incredible creatures, and ourselves.

Gombe is Nate's favourite African adventure. It is so remote and secluded that hardly anyone visits making it the perfect romantic getaway. The chimp trekking is out-of-this world and after a hard morning trekking, you will have time to relax by the majestic Lake Tanganyika with a nice bottle of wine.
