Tine and Jayjay, together with their children Caitie and Ethan, live a normal happy life until they find out that Caitie is suffering from an unknown disease. After numerous tests with inconclusive results, Tine and Jayjay decide to bring their daughter to Singapore for proper diagnosis and treatment. While in Singapore, Tine and Jayjay unexpectedly get help from various people who learned about Catie's story through social media. Overwhelmed with all the support that they have been getting, Tine and Jayjay continue to fight with Caitie, while Caitie remains steadfast in her faith in God.
