Hare Krishna !!

Try out this Ekadashi Special Thatte Idli, chutney and Podi. These instant Thatte idlis are so soft and filling when served along with flavourful, fresh minty chutney and spicy, nutty podi.

Servings : 1 cup chutney
1 cup idli podi
3 thatte idli

Ingredients

For Idli -

1 cup bhagar or varai
¼ cup sabudana or tapioca pulse
½ cup curd
1 cup water (as per requirement )
Sendha salt to taste
¼ tsp baking soda
Drizzle some ghee

For chutney -

1 cup fresh coconut peices ( ½ coconut )
¼ cup roasted peanuts
2 green chillies
10 to 12 mint leaves
½ cup coriander leaves
½ cup water
2 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seed
2 dried red chillies
Some curry leaves

For idli podi -

¾ cup roasted peanuts
1 tsp cumin seed
Sendha salt to taste
1 tbsp freshly ground red chilli powder
1 tsp oil
