A 45 minute yoga routine brought to you from the foothills of Mount Kenya.
The peak pose is Dancer's Pose. But we also cover Warrior 3.
A couple of balancing poses such as Tree and Standing Hand to Big Toe are thrown in for good measure!
Warriors 1, 2 and Crescent Pose are also included, creating a nice flow vibe.
