Last weekend I ran 100k (62 miles) at a kids charity run and it went really well. I used this race as a test for my upcoming 100-mile ultra run so I thought I would share with you what worked, what didn't, and what needs some tweaking before my next race. I hope there are a few things in here that you can take away and apply to your running.
