The final payment went through, which means, the land is officially mine!

So we went to the land to meet the caretaker, and got hit by a few surprises...

In 2022 I bought a piece of land in the North of the Dominican Republic to prototype a new way of living.

Food:
I want to grow my own food but have no clue about how to do it, so this should be fun.

Shelter:
I'm planning on building my own cabin, outside toilet and kitchen, gazebo.

Energy:
Want to be fully self sustainable through either solar energy or hydrogen energy.

I have somewhat of an idea of how this is going to go, but mostly, it's improvised.

My priorities:
1) Do a good job on the land
2) Have fun
3) Document it well

That means, at some point, you might have to tap into your own imagination to fill in the gaps ;)
