I hiked up #RabunBald from the East again, taking the trail off Hale Ridge Rd. I'd forgotten how tough this hike is. This trail has been called the #ThreeForksTrail, as a continuation of that same trail to the East further back on Hale Ridge Road. That would seem a misplaced name give how far from that trail this is. I’ve also seen it called simply the #RabunBaldTrail. My last attempt on this trail was 2 years ago when I was turned back not feeling well. The last time I summited Rabun from this trail was 7 years ago with Don! Time sure does fly!
