Today we are going to learn how we can download ISRO released LISS III & AWiFS sensor data of ResourceSat 1 & ResourceSat 2 Satellites.

ResourceSat 1 & ResourceSat 2 satellites were also known as P6 & R2 satellites. This two satellites were launched in 2003 & 2011 individually. they were launched in PSLV Rockets.

The LISS III Sensor has 24 meter spatial resolution with 24 days temporal resolution where the AWiFS Sensor has 56 meter spatial resolution with 5 days temporal resolution. These two sensors had four spectral bands with Green, Red, Infrared and Shortwave Infrared wavelength of light.

We can Download ResourceSat 1 & ResourceSat 2 LISS III and AWiFS sensor data from ISRO Bhuvan Geoportal.
