撮影：Abril 2016　皇居の北側、北の丸公園の内掘沿いに広がる桜の名所のひとつ。桜の名所の千鳥ヶ淵緑道は、皇居西側の千鳥ヶ淵に沿う全長約700ｍの遊歩道で、千鳥ケ淵戦没者墓苑入口から靖国通り沿いの麹町消防署九段出張所まで伸びている。都心とはいえ昭和30年頃から植栽された緑道のソメイヨシノやオオシマザクラなど北の丸公園、千鳥ケ淵公園等を含めて約1000本の桜が見られる。夕刻からライトアツプされ、お掘に大きく枝を広げた桜が水辺との美しいコントラストを見せ、壕に倒れこむような見事な枝ぶりが心酔わせる。

Chidorigafuchi Cherry blossoms Festival（Tokyo)

Chidorigafuchi is a long lush green walkway along the moat of the Imperial Palace.
The area around a moat of the Imperial Palace known for its splendid
cherry blossoms.
From late March to early April, the 700 m-long pedestrian path will be covered with
the blossoms of about 260 cherry trees.
