A three level roundabout interchange is an interchange that has a highway at the bottom, the ring at the middle and the elevated highway at the upper level. It was built in 2017 in Intersection Controller, when it was released by Version 0.1. The construction of it started with an upper roundabout interchange built like a ring. Then, the elevated expressway was built on the roundabout interchange. They made a decoration by making decals to the highways and the roundabout, and signboards to the highways and the roundabout.
