Fresh off practice with my student Mikenyce we were both reminded that the most authentic routines are the ones you let unfold organically. Each move reveals it self and connects to the next so long as your present. The ideas between Mike and I were gradually unraveling one by one, unrushed. Art is felt, not forced.
