Jake Jackson is truly a renaissance man: a musician, a writer, an artist, and a pedagogue who has published more than 30 bestselling music books. His monetary success in all these areas is not as important to him, however, as leading a creative and fulfilling life. “I don’t regard myself as particularly talented; I’m more interested in the homogeneity of how you create things, engage with people, connect with people … exploring different things and interesting things in as many ways as possible,” he says. “This has been the leitmotif of my life.”
