Sultan Kebab
Ingredients List:
Two whole chicken breasts
Two dried onions
A cup of peas
Two carrots
Two red peppers / One green pepper
Two tomatoes
Six cloves of garlic
One tablespoon of tomato paste
One tablespoon of paprika paste
Half a teacup of olive oil
Salt / Pepper
One phyllo
A bowl of grated cheddar

For the sauce:
1 liter of milk
2.5 tablespoons of flour
Two tablespoons of butter
A coffee spoon of salt
A teaspoon of black pepper

Preparation:
We chop the onion, garlic and start frying in the pot, then add the chicken meat, add carrots, peas, peppers, tomato paste and spices, respectively. After they are all cooked, we cut the phyllo into eight, fill them as I showed in the video, and turn them over to the oiled baking dish.
For the béchamel sauce, we add flour and butter in the pan and fry for 2 minutes, then add the cold milk, salt, black pepper, ground nutmeg and mix them all with a whisk. Then we pour the sauce on the phyllo, sprinkle grated cheddar cheese and cook it in the oven at 180 ° until the cheeses are roasted. It's a great dish! You can try it too.
