食譜:
麵包12個*54克
1杯=200ml

麵團:
高筋麵粉360克(3杯)
白糖45克(3大勺)
水200克(1杯)
酵母6克(1+1/2小勺)
鹽5克(1/2+1/3小勺)
無鹽奶油40克(8小勺)

每個小麵團塗抹無鹽黃油(軟化)8~12克

第一次麵團擀開長度約30cm,第二次擀開30~35cm

烤箱預熱15分鐘
180°C
烘烤20~25分鐘

Recipe:
bread 12✖️54g
1杯
1cup=200ml

Dough:
Bread flour 360g(3cup)
Sugar 45g(3 tbsp)
Water 200g(1cup)
Instant Yeast 6g(1+1/2 tsp)
Salt 5g(1/2+1/3 tsp)
Unsalted butter 40g(8 tsp)

Spread 8 to 12g of unsalted butter (softened) to each small dough

For the first time, roll out the dough to a length of about 30cm, and for the second time, roll it out to 30~35cm.

Preheat the oven for 15 minutes
180°C
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes
