The Bukit Panjang LRT line is the first LRT line in Singapore. Opened on 6 November 1999. But for what many people didn't know is that Bukit Panjang LRT is not the first Automated People Mover train in Singapore. About 9 years ago in 1990, Changi Airport SkyTrain commenced it's operations with the AMP train and marked as the first Automated People Mover train in Singapore. But as of today, SkyTrain now operates the Mitsubishi Crystal Mover trains. So what happened to the old Changi Airport SkyTrain? Let's find out.
